Please note that many of our inspirational and motivational cards and prints are available in matched sets. Online, cards are sold only in full dozens and 20-piece assortments, each an outstanding value. Single greeting cards or customized assortments are available at retail stores.

There's no charge for this special service. And don't worry – product pricing will not be included on gift order packing lists.

Decorating with Prints
UltiMutt prints are a wonderful way to personalize and enhance the beauty of your home or office. We use a simple, solid black frame with clean, attractive lines. The frame is 5/8" thick, and adds only a 1/8" border to the poster. It's molded from a high-quality scratch-resistant plastic, and is fitted with 1/8" glass. This is a classy, modern frame that we believe fits well with any decor. This frame is also super-easy to hang. A slot molded into the back of the frame eliminates the need for any wires or hooks, and allows the frame to set flat against the wall. Just hammer in one nail and hang it!

Buying Online
Select the items you desire by clicking "Buy It." When you have selected all your items, click "Checkout." Provide the shipping and payment information needed. If your order is a gift, be sure to include a special message. The personal information you provide is completely safe. We use the latest SSL technology for encrypting and transmitting credit card orders. We also use address verification service (AVS) to help prevent credit card fraud. If, after submitting your order, you receive the message "The Payment was Unable to be Authorized for This Order," double-check the information you entered on the form. Make sure that you have entered your card number with no dashes or spaces, and the expiration date for the card is correct. If you receive any other type of error message, our best advice is to hit your browser's "Back" button to return to your order summary and resubmit. If this does not fix the problem, please email us or phone 800-850-9453.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay by check. In order to do so, use the shopping cart to total your order. Continue processing your order through the shopping cart until you get to the "Submit Order" button. Make sure all of the information you entered is correct and complete, and that the total includes shipping charges. Then print out the form and mail with your check to:

Order Confirmation
When you order online you'll receive two itemized receipts. The first is emailed to you immediately after you place the order, and serves as an order confirmation. A packing list-receipt is also either enclosed with the shipment or mailed to you separately. The receipt is mailed separately whenever the shipment goes to a different address than your billing address or contains a gift message.

Packaging
Each product in your order is individually shrink-wrapped prior to shipment to offer the maximum resistance to dust and abrasion. Your order is professionally packaged in custom shipping cartons made exclusively for our products. We guarantee all of our products to arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition.

  • Unframed prints are shipped flat on cardboard backers, not shipped rolled in a tube.
  • Framed prints are fitted with protective cardboard corners. The carton for our framed prints
  • features a special box-in-box construction that completely surrounds the product with a 2" protective air cushion.
  • Greeting cards are shrink wrapped, not boxed.
  • Shipping & Handling Costs
    For shipments to destinations within the United States, you have a choice of "Standard" or "Rush" shipping. We use UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail services for our Standard shipments, and UPS 2nd-Day Air for all Rush shipments. Shipping charges are based on the total shipping weight for your order. (The shipping weight is 8 lbs. for a framed print, 2 lbs. for an unframed print, 0.5 lbs. for a 12-pack of greeting cards, 1.0 lbs. for a greeting card assortment, and 2.5 lbs. for a Variety Pack.)

    For Rush shipments (via UPS 2nd-Day Air), shipping and handling charges are determined by both weight and actual destination. The shopping cart will calculate and display the proper charge during the checkout process.

  • For shipments to foreign countries, please email. Our online shopping cart does not currently process foreign orders.
  • We ship orders every business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Most orders ship one business day after the day the order was placed. In other words, if you place your order on a Monday, it will ship on Tuesday. If you place the order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will ship on the following Monday.
